So, Consider October 3rd the beginning of the end for me...that is, the end of flipping back and forth between 25 - 30 pounds over the course of several months. I have GOT to do something to keep that in check, and while I know most of the issue I had in weighing in this morning was water weight and the lack of BodyPump for a few weeks, it's clear that I need to get my crap together.
So, here is the plan.
I am re-joining the Gym here at MasterCard while retaining my Gold's Gym membership for the classes. The plan is to do at least 60 minutes of cardio during the day and follow that up with more structured, focussed activities at night. For the aforementioned activities, I'm looking at either Beach Body's Insanity program with Shaun T or a supplement of classes with the GGX trainers at my Gold's. Those usually come in the form of Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Flow and potentially Body Attack (which I admittedly did NOT like at first but might be better if led by Faith, so we'll see).
I'll be tracking weight and food via LoseIt on the iPhone and generally avoiding any bad carbohydrates after lunch. Additionally, I am officially calling a moratorium on any kind of candy during the holiday season...no Mike N' Ikes, Swedish Fish or Jelly Bellies. And no cake, cookies or sweetened Starbucks things.
Let's do this. I'll be logging these things like this:
#20By12: 215lbs [-], 24.4% [-] BFP, Mood: Blah
